When my former waxing salon of 7 years raised their prices out of the reach of my budget ($95 Brazilian), experienced a high turnover, & changed their wax (would merely pull hair, not pull it out - OUCH!), I was apprehensive about finding a new salon. However, I have been going to Wax in the City almost since opening & have always received incredible customer service and careful attention to my special needs. The owners, Kelly & Dee are always pleasant and accommodating & they have incredible specials at least once per month (just in time for my next wax)! I have experienced a full range of Brazilian waxes over the years, and both April & Ivanka have truly mastered their art! Recently, I tried a 'mini-facial' from April, & I must say that her all-natural products are an amazing value & have kept my sensitive skin glowing (even during pregnancy)!

Wax in the City provides the best waxing services I've had in the US. The estheticians are all experienced, friendly and at the top of their game when it comes to waxing any part of the body. The one thing that really sets this fabulous salon apart is the fact that they use an Australian hard wax for the most sensitive areas - your bikini or Brazilian wax need not be painful anymore! For the best pricing, top customer service and just a great experience all around, I tell all my friends to head straight to Wax in the City.

Went back to Vegas to visit family. Called Wax in the City, and got an appointment. Was very happy with the service once again. I love the look of the salon, the staff and the care they took with me. I will continue to go back. You are the best!

I am VERY picky when it comes to my hair stylist, colorist, esthetician, etc. I will read reviews and check websites before booking anywhere. When it comes to hair removal, I've tried everything from sugaring, to NuFree, to threading and was never 100% satisfied. Then about a year ago I tried Wax in the City and have been loyal ever since. April is hands down the best. Her brow waxes are phenominal! They are able to almost always fit me in on a last minute notice, and I'm in and out with out feeling rushed. They also send out email specials just about every other week and have facial/nail/waxing/cocktail parties. Check them out! I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I was not sure what a City Slicker was, so I called and the staff were very helpful, they answered all my questions. The salon is tastefully done, the rooms are huge - compared to what I am used to. It's so cute, they offer gummy bears, m&m's and all cool stuff. I love the vibe. After my wax, I got to choose a free g-string (how cute) I love wax in the city - I will be back and I will tell everyone in Vegas about you guys. The best part is that the staff and are higly trained and specialize in different areas. Truly you guys are the best. Thanks for a great time.

Just wanted to write and say thanks. I was really nervous about getting a Brazilian, but April was great about making me feel comfortable and less nervous during the procedure. Also, thanks for all the answers over the phone before I made my appt. Ill see you next time im in Las Vegas.
